In order to use our SBA plan you must follow this procedure:
1. Setup contract with MERC (agree to prices and what not)
2. Announce attack/defense on forum at least 1week in advance
3. give us a specific time to be there ready to go! (30mins before battle at least) so we can plan attack/defense
In the event that you/we loss the battle, you still must pay us 75% of the contracted amount and repair our carrier if destroyed.
