MERCs are really hospitable with the lounge and arcade with the big screen. The beer's cold and the chips are fresh.
What these guys need is some of that salsa we found in that place on Anadda Moon system...too bad it went up in flames and the next 4 systems as well

I found it! I knew I had it somewhere and it was in the back pouch of the flight suit...

VorteX’s Fresh Gringo Salsa

4 to 6         Tomatos Roma or Meaty (not beefsteaks)
½         Onion
2 tsp         Garlic minced
3         Pablano chilies whole fresh if possible
2         Anaheim chilies
4         Serreno chilies
1 tbl         Cilantro minced or diced
1 tsp         Salt
1 tsp         Black pepper ground
¼ c         Lemon juice
1-2 tsp      Lime juice
1-2 tsp      White vinegar


This is the basic salsa base. From here you can add any flavor peppers you like. All peppers are diced. For Sedare there are 2 jalapenos and less lemon juice. For Aureus Leaena there is 1-3 habanero and more vinegar and lime juice. You can leave out the serrenos and anaheim's but the pablanos are crucial.

Place some olive oil in a pan and over medium heat add your diced onion, garlic, peppers and cilantros. Cook until fairly soft but don’t brown. Add your tomatoes and turn up the heat enough to almost fry the tomatoes for a minute. Stir constantly till tomatoes start to bubble then reduce heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot.
